first thing tomorrow morning we fly to chicago. and so ends one chapter and a new one begins. there have been many unexpected twists and turns on our path as a family this year. thankfully, we have many happy memories to look back on and much to look forward to in the months ahead. and as they say, smooth seas make for poor sailors.
